Our pricing is fully transparent and all inclusive, with no hidden fees or placement fees. Each engagement includes a dedicated recruiter who operates as an extension of your team, along with full access to Andiamo’s sourcing ecosystem. 

Monthly investment typically ranges from $11,000 to $25,000 per dedicated team member, depending on experience, seniority, industry expertise, role, and location. Roles can include recruiting coordinators, sourcers, recruiters, and senior recruiters. We work with you to align the right level of talent to your hiring goals, so you see immediate impact and strong return from the start.

Each engagement includes access to enterprise level recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards for sourcing and postings, AI driven sourcing technology, and our large proprietary database of top active candidates. This gives you immediate access to a powerful recruiting infrastructure without the cost and complexity of building it yourself. 

We can typically have a dedicated recruiter ready to begin within 10 to 15 business days from the time of agreement.
