Hello, my name is Marina, and it is a pleasure to meet you! I immigrated to the United States when I was 2 and have lived in New York ever since. I love my role in HR and Operations because I love assisting people with all of their big life moments and making our employees’ tenure fruitful. I love learning from those around me and enjoy the many conversations I get to have with others in this role.

What is your favorite TV show?
Avatar: The Last Airbender – I always loved the show as a kid, but rediscovered it as an adult a few years ago and was so enamored by the difficult topics it addresses, while being wrapped into an enjoyable cartoon.
If I could have a superpower, it would be:
I would love to have the ability to manipulate time. To me, time is one of the most important assets in life, and I sometimes wish I could linger in certain moments for a bit longer.
What is one important skill every person should have?
I think every person should have the ability to perspective-take. If you can understand where other people are coming from, I truly believe we would all be kinder to one another; it is everyone’s first time living life after all.
