I am often asked what led me to co-found a company with my brother Patrick. One of the first things that often comes to mind is that I wanted to surround myself with extraordinary people. I believe that if I’m surrounded by people who challenge me I’ll be more motivated to stretch myself. My first colleague was Patrick; someone who has always motivated and challenged me. Twenty years into Andiamo, I find myself among colleagues who are passionate about being successful, are highly intelligent, funny, hard-working, and ethical. More importantly, they’re genuine and generous. What’s a better measure of success?
