About Cam Kerner
Proud husband and dad. Chef of sorts.
I’ve had over twenty years to figure out the secret to staffing and I think I’ve cracked it. When you start with the best companies – those that truly value culture and purpose – and you pair them with the top talent – those who are authentic and intrinsically driven to excel – magic happens.
I’m fortunate to not only be a part of such a company at Andiamo, but to also represent those top employers in my town. They know I will go the extra mile to ensure their candidates are more than just a resume fit. My forte in tech matchmaking is ensuring the right culture fit, and I’m fortunate to have built a stellar reputation for doing just that.

Arizona State University, B.S. in Marketing, Minor in Psychology
Interests:
I am interested in a TON of things, and those things are constantly changing. I have been told I have a breadth of knowledge that is an inch deep and miles wide. I really enjoy learning about and trying new things, at least once.
What technology innovation made the most impact on your life?
The smart phone – Being able to communicate with anyone anywhere at any time!
If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you want to have with you?
My wife, my kids and my dog Jasper.
What’s the greatest bit of advice a parent or mentor has given you?
The phrase – “This too shall pass,” has and continues to be valuable advice. Especially as I get older, time seems to go by a little more quickly every year….so the passing of difficult things also seems to happen more quickly.
What are your favorite hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy playing golf, playing guitar, building model RC airplanes and drones, cooking, and binge-watching television shows.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
I would love to FLY!
