I consider myself the connective tissue between people. I’m an ex-college athlete who thrives on watching teams grow. I want candidate experiences to be built on trust, transparency, and genuine human connection.

What are your favorite hobbies outside of work?
I’m a sports fanatic and outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy playing and coaching soccer, basketball, golf, pickleball, or exploring the Pacific Northwest with my family. I’m also a lifelong space enthusiast and love following the latest developments in space exploration.
How would your friends describe you?
Curious, optimistic, and genuinely people-focused. I enjoy bringing people together, finding common ground, and helping others reach their potential. Whether it’s mentoring, coaching, or simply making someone feel heard, I try to leave every interaction a little better than I found it.
What would your family say about you?
I’ve always been fascinated by understanding how things work. As a kid, I used to take apart radios and electronics just to see what was inside. The first few never made it back together—but eventually I learned the importance of labeling every part! That curiosity has evolved into being the family’s dedicated DIY fixer (And yes… they definitely don’t make things like they used to!)
