I spent the first part of my career in Human Resources and was thrown into recruiting temporarily until the organization I worked for decided they needed a full-time Recruiter. After getting a taste of it, I knew this was the path I wanted to continue for the rest of my career. I have 20+ years of recruitment experience, mostly focused on aerospace manufacturing & absolutely love what I do.
